About the role
As a Critical Infrastructure MEP Manager based in Frankfurt · Germany, you will play a senior role within a high-profile project, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver outcomes for one of NEO's most established client partners. This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take the next step in a market-leading organisation.
You will join NEO's specialist Mission Critical division and partner directly with one of our long-standing clients to drive the project from mobilisation through to handover. This is a hands-on senior role within a flat-structured, high-trust environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery of the project portfolio, owning planning, scheduling and stakeholder reporting
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial and operations functions
- Drive technical decision-making aligned with project KPIs and client expectations
- Manage risk registers, change control processes and project assurance documentation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the wider knowledge base of the practice
What we're looking for
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant industry experience in a comparable senior role
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects to time, budget and quality
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence in leading client-facing conversations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Recognised industry qualification (Chartered status preferred but not essential)
- Right to work in the project location, or willingness to relocate
